Best Use of Social Media in an Awards Show
It will come as no surprise to media addicts that there are tons of award shows competing for Nielsen ratings, press coverage and audience participation. This award honors award shows that most effectively and creatively integrate social media into their nomination process, ceremony, or television broadcast. (While the Shorty Awards itself isn’t eligible to win this award, we do plan on submitting it for a Meta Award.)
